WorldSkills South Tyrol, Italy

WorldSkills South Tyrol, Italy is the project that represents South Tyrol at the international WorldSkills Competition, the global championship of skills.

It is coordinated by the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano, which also organises the Provincial Skills Competition, the official qualification stage for participation in European and global competitions.

The Provincial Skills Competition welcomes participants from South Tyrol and, depending on availability, also from other Italian regions. Winners in the skill categories recognised by WorldSkills International qualify for the WorldSkills Competition and compete under the name WorldSkills South Tyrol, Italy.

At international level, participants compete under this shared identity, representing the excellence of South Tyrol’s vocational education and training system while contributing to the representation of Italy worldwide.
